First,cut the tomato into bulks.Chop chinese onion and ginger into thin shreds.
Stir the prown with starch and cooking wine together,pickle them for 10 minutes.
Second chop the loofah into bulks,boil them and put them into the cold water.
Make the oil in the frying pan hot,put the gonger and onion in and scramble them.
Scramble the prown and loofah together.
Put salt and pepper on them,then you can have them.

The history of English
The history of English is began with three Germanic tribes by invaded Britain during the 5th century AD.At that moment the people lived there all spoke a Celtic language.But many of the people were affected by the invader into three kinds which is now Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
That time people from England and their language called Englisc which came from the word England and English.
The invading Germanic tribes spoke a kind of language similar which we called old English today.Its prounciation and writting are different from today's English.The citizen in England also have difficulty to understand them.But over half of the modern English was developed on the basic of old English.
In 1066 William the Conqueror, the Duke of Normandy (part of modern France), invaded and aggressed England.With his aggression,he brought the new politics,business and also the new language.He ordered people to use much French and less English.In the 14th century English became the main language in Britain again, but with many French words added.This language is called Middle English.
From the 16th century the British had contacted with many people all over the world,many new words and phrases entered the language.The invention of printing also appeared.That made people had the fixed spelling and grammar.English became standard.Gradually,English developed as the modern English which we speak now.

forget
In my memory,that's really a terrible experience to me.I still remember it clearly.Till now,I am also afraid of going to the airport.It really reminds me the first day I came to London.
I don't think my English was such a poor degree like this before I coming,but actually I did it.On the plane,the bad thing had been starting.I even couldn't said one word.Every thing I did was award.
At first，I tried to put my suitcase into the luggage compartment.It is very difficult to me.The compartment was too high and the baggage was too heavy for me to hold up.I tried my best to do that,but aisle was too narrow to held two people passed.If I can't put my suitcase into the compartment quickly,the person who wanted to pass the aisle should be wait.I feel really embarrassed,because others were waiting for me.My face turned red again and again,I hoped someone could help me but the reality is cruel.I have almost forgot what happened next,but now I just remember how people looking at me.
After the long journey,I arrived london.But new problem has happened,I couldn't find the place i needed to go and I was so nervious that i couldn't understood what had people said.The staff in the airport was impatient to me.One of them said:Just send them to the office.I feared,i really didn't know what kind of bad thing did i did.
A kind of emotion mixed with fear and nervious made this experience memorable to me.Of course it isn't a happy memory,i don't want to memorize it again.

unreal condition
If i had been born earlier,i might have lived in a poor family.If i had lived in a poor family,i would have had a little food.If food was not enough,i would have worked as a child labor.If i had been a child labor,i would have worked in a terrible situarion.If i had worked in aterrible situation,I would have starved and sicked.If i couldn't even lived well,how could i had a wonderful lifestyle.If i had such worse things,i would have less education.So if all the things were ture,how could i came here?

Shanghai
Everyone has his own childhood memory.It was pure and precious.For me,it happened in a big city in China called Shanghai.I love her,because I birthed there and lived there.
I think it is not difficult to know Shanghai.She is much more famous because of the Shanghai world Expo.It is a chance for everybody,so Shanghai is full of people now.
The history of Shanghai is not very long.Shanghai used to be a small village.The villagers lived in the thatch hut or crude wooden house.Owing to live beside the sea,they made a living on the fishery.They caught fishes from the sea and then seasoned them,so they can kept fishes in the depository in case they have no food in winter.Also they used fishes to change the food or the articles for daily use.But with the sediment budging,Shanghai's area becomes bigger and bigger graduatly.Nowadays Shanghai has changed a lot.The old village has already disappeared,the tall building replaced.New suburbs mushroomed all around the city.Different from the poor house,residental buildings are stable and safe.And we needn't worry about food any more,we have fridges and 24 hours supermarket you can find everywhere.
Because Shanghai is a waterfront area,so the import industry is very advanced.You can see Shanghai's product in many counties.Of course you also can find a lot of goods from different country in Shanghai.
But Shanghai also has its own difficulties.As famous as Shanghai,too many people's coming made Shanghai like a sardine can.Goverment attempts to control the amount of the population by implement a policy which called family planning,it applys on control the birth.So now Shanghai's population reduced.
On the other hand,Shanghai is famous for its tourism .There are a lot of attractions in Shanghai.Oriental TV Towel is a landmark building in Shanghai.It is beautiful because it looks like three pears falling into a plant.And the Yu Garden is the place i prefer.So many interesting things and delicious food sold in it which can really attract a lot of people come.
I don't know how will Shanghai be.But I'm sure Shanghai will become more and more prosperous.

My introduction
